I have "met" a mother who has a son in Christopher's troop while I was hanging out at GAP. This morning she sent me a pm and said she had called the Ft. Knox info line to see if they had any serious storm damage and was informed that yesterday there was quite a bit of wind damage and the electricity and phone lines were down.
Well then..... That explains the no phone call.
Hope everyone is having a great day.
God Bless,
Tami

That storm has caused damage all across the US! It missed us and it is so odd, as I'm right here in TX just south of where it came on shore - so odd and we are so blessed.
Take care and hope you talk to Christopher soon - Kellan
see??? Murphy and the Army - really really close pals...
LAW
And I was so afraid it would hit Ft Sam Houston where my son just arrived at a little over a week ago. Bypassed him but looks like it dig some serious damage a long way inland. I sure hope you hear from him soon. Email me his address...I would love to send him some cards.
Our Air Force son in Ohio lost power from the storm. And my folks in Houston are still out of power, too. All we got was a little rain, like 3/4 of an inch as we were on the western edge of it here in the Dallas area. My son in the Army helped with the repelling tower this summer at Fort Knox. He said that the tower was right by the chapel, so the chaplain was not too happy with them on some Sunday mornings when they made too much noise.
